There’s on-street parking outside and plenty to like about the inside of this house. Such as the downstairs bathroom, and the fact that one of the 4 bedrooms is on the ground floor too, making it easy to access. You get a modern kitchen and a comfy living room too. All within walking distance of The Liberty Stadium. What’s not to like?
There’s room for seven in this Plasmarl home north of Swansea city centre. You’ll discover a mixture of double beds and single beds in the four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Handy if someone in your group isn’t too good with stairs. The bathroom is downstairs too, and it features a tub with shower over, so you can choose how you freshen up. It’s off the kitchen that’s a modern and inviting space, fully equipped with all those appliances you just can’t live without when you’re home. Stay here and you won’t have to live without them while you’re away either! The kitchen is adjacent to the living room, a neat space in which you can all relax and watch the flat screen TV and enjoy any meals or snacks you’ve created in that kitchen. This is definitely the type of property in which you can just be yourselves. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, and we’ll leave you to decide who gets what room. Suffice to say that all the beds are comfortable and presented to a high standard. So much so, we’re pretty sure you won’t mind which one you sleep in, as you’re sure to get a great night’s rest and relaxation, leaving you ready for whatever a new day in South Wales has in store for you. Could be work, could be leisure, or maybe a bit of both!
