Wow what a house! Situated near to Aberdulais National trust site. This spacious house will sleep up to 11 people. It has 4 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite! Do you need a table big enough to fit your whole family? Don’t worry we have that too! Come and try us out!

In this lovely, modern home you’ll find all you need to relax and enjoy your time in Neath. Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom which has two single beds, the well presented living room with corner sofa and arm chair and fully equipped kitchen with large dining table big enough to seat 12 people. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, so you don’t have to worry about cleaning all of those dishes! Continuing through the kitchen you’ll find the utility space where there is a separate washer/dryer.

As you make your way up stairs you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walking towards the back of the house you’ll find bathroom number one which is bright and spacious with a shower over the bath and bedroom number two which has one double bed and one single bed. As you walk across the landing you will find bedroom number three which has two single beds. Lastly, you’ll find bedroom number four. This bedroom is perfect for those who are seeking a little extra privacy as it has it’s own bathroom with electric corner shower, dressing space and two double beds.

If that wasn’t enough each bedroom has it’s own SMART TV!

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM  and please check out by 10AM.

Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you’ll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
