The entrance is at the rear of the building, you may park outside in the loading bay only to drop off the luggage.
There is a keypad to enter the building and a lockbox inside to access a key for the door to the apartment.

Parking is located in a council managed pay & display car park.
Whilst there is a lift to the first floor, we can in no way guarantee or be responsible for it not working during your stay

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house to monitor arrivals. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 9PM and please check out by 10AM.
