When you arrive, park up using the off-road parking at the back of the property with space for one car. Walkthrough the lovely outdoor patio area with wooden pergola and you’ll enter the house through the conservatory. The utility space and downstairs toilet will be to your left, you’ll also find the washing machine and dryer there too. Ahead of you is the modern kitchen with a cuisine master oven and gas hob where you can be the head chef!
You’ll find a dining area in this open-plan space with a dining table that seats up to 8 people making this the perfect space to entertain and cook up some tasty food for family, friends or even work colleagues!
Following on from the kitchen/dining room you’ll find the cosy living space which seats up to 4 people on 2 couches and the downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. Moving upstairs you’ll find the rest of the bedrooms with ensuite shower room and the family bathroom.
When parking at the property please be mindful not to block the access road as this leads to a school. Please only park inside the gates at the back. If you have more than one car please use the free on-street parking up the road.
